Typically, this sort of error can be temporary and seem to be related to different external factors, such as the browser or an expired cookie.
As a first step, I would recommend logging out and logging back in, then try creating the application once again. Alternatively, start from an incognito window or use a different browser and then retry.

Thanks for the recommendations. I followed existing troubleshooting steps and none of those worked. Clearing cache, opening an incognito window, signing up with a new account, trying to add another user to the account. Nothing worked.
However, someone must have heard me or seen the errors @ Auth0, because as of today, my original account is working again.
